A personalized, non-medical home visit (or virtual walkthrough) that identifies safety risks, fall hazards, and accessibility barriers. You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-follow action plan with practical recommendations to help you live safely and independently in the home you love. Choose a convenient time — virtual or in-person. Complete our short intake form.

Within a few days of your visit, you’ll receive a personalized report summarizing your home safety findings and tailored recommendations. It includes clear, prioritized action steps — from quick fixes to long-term improvements — so you can move forward confidently and safely in your home.

For clients who want extra guidance, our consultative follow-up service provides personalized coaching, check-ins, and support to help implement recommendations from your Live With Purpose Report. Sessions can be scheduled virtually or in-person and are tailored to your pace and goals — ensuring your home and routines remain safe, comfortable, and aligned with your independence.

Complete Package
A comprehensive home and lifestyle assessment for those ready to plan proactively. We evaluate your home’s layout, routines, and safety risks, then deliver a detailed written plan with product suggestions, trusted contractor referrals, and family consultation to help you make confident decisions.
Independence Package
A full-service package designed for lasting independence. Includes your in-depth home assessment and written plan plus 3 months of personalized coaching, every-other-week check-ins, and coordination support for modifications or next steps.
